Eligibility for Refunds

Because each Soulmate Bundle is a custom, digital creation, refunds are based on your satisfaction — not simple change of mind.

You’re eligible for a full refund if:

You feel your sketch or reading doesn’t resonate or connect with you.

You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You’ve allowed us the opportunity to offer one complimentary revision or redraw, if you wish (optional step).

Refunds will not be granted for:

Completed and delivered sketches/readings where you’ve later changed your mind.

Cases where delivery was successful and confirmed via email but the customer did not download, open, or review the files.

Requests made after the 14-day period.

Free Revision or Redraw (Optional)

We understand that energy readings are deeply personal.
Before issuing a refund, we’re happy to create one free redraw or revision with another intuitive artist or reader.
This helps ensure your final sketch or story truly feels aligned — but it’s entirely optional. If you still feel disconnected after that, your refund will be promptly processed.

Timeframe for Requests

All refund or revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your digital delivery.
Requests made after this window cannot be honored, as the service will have been fully completed and digitally fulfilled.

Exceptions & Abuse Policy

We’re committed to fairness and transparency. However, to protect the integrity of our artists and process, we reserve the right to:

Deny refund requests from repeat customers who have claimed multiple refunds in the past.

Decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive refund activity.

Require proof of non-delivery in the rare event of a technical issue.
